Focusandyou manufactures high-precision laser lenses and industrial focus sensors for automated manufacturing calibration. Our products are designed for use in assembly line alignment systems. We supply hardware components only; we do not provide installation, software integration, or on-site engineering services unless separately agreed in writing.
Orders are confirmed once we receive your purchase order and any required technical specifications. Delivery timelines are estimates based on current production capacity and component availability. We ship from our facility in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. Risk of loss transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.
Each product is manufactured to the tolerances stated in its datasheet. These tolerances are measured under controlled laboratory conditions. Actual performance in your system may vary depending on environmental factors, mounting precision, and the condition of surrounding equipment. You are responsible for verifying that our components meet your application requirements before full deployment.
We warrant that our products are free from material defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or operation outside specified environmental limits. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that specific product.
All product designs, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation provided by Focusandyou remain our intellectual property. You may use our documentation for internal evaluation and integration purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
