The Starter Service Kit is a bundled set of calibration components for production lines that run laser-based alignment checks. It includes a matched pair of precision laser lenses, a focus sensor reference unit, and the mounting hardware needed to swap them into an existing assembly station without redesigning the frame.

Most automated lines we visit in Perak and the surrounding industrial zones share the same bottleneck: the optics that keep the beam centered drift after months of continuous operation. The kit addresses that directly. Each lens is ground to a focal tolerance of ±0.02 mm and coated for the 635 nm wavelength commonly used in alignment systems. The sensor reference unit gives your technicians a known-good baseline to verify against, so a calibration pass takes minutes instead of an afternoon.

What makes this kit different from buying components separately is the matching process. Lenses and sensors are tested as a pair before shipment, and the test report is included in the box. That means you are not guessing whether a new lens will work with the sensor already on your line. The kit also comes with a simple alignment jig that fits standard 30 mm optical posts, which covers most mounting configurations we see in automated assembly.
