A technician checks focal alignment, inspects lens coatings for micro-abrasions, and verifies that sensor thresholds still match the tolerances recorded during commissioning.

Each visit follows the same sequence: baseline measurement, comparison against the original calibration log, and a written report with any drift noted in microns. If a lens shows signs of coating degradation or a sensor drifts outside its specified range, the report includes a clear recommendation. You decide whether to replace the component or adjust the workflow. No surprise downtime, no vague maintenance advice.

The package also covers remote diagnostics between visits. If your line reports inconsistent readings, you can send the sensor logs to our team in Ipoh and get a response within two working days. This is not a monitoring service with a dashboard. It is a direct line to engineers who know the specific hardware you installed and can compare current readings against the original acceptance test data.
